Six lines of work. Three moves each.
Every engagement runs the same way: look properly, decide, then deliver something your team owns. The case studies are from my own record.
AI strategy and systems
Working out where AI actually earns its place in your organisation, then building the systems that run it: the agents, automations and guardrails, on the tools you're allowed to use.
AI and technology strategy · Operations automation and systems build-out · Software development

Capture and proposals
Winning funded work: finding the opportunity, aligning the partners, and writing the proposal that gets it. Fifteen years of doing this for consulting firms, NGOs and my own companies.
